I was criminally introverted but it deterred with my growth so I started reading, developing communication skills, and forcing myself to go out of my comfort zone. That said, fundamentally I'm still an introvert and I love it. I adore my self-time, thinking alone, and I'd eagerly wait to go home and realx after hanging out.
That said, both introverts and extroverts should try to understand each other - leverage the fundaments and teach shortcomings as well to become a better human and momin :)

I am introvert but i also have courage to perform and giving speech in front of thousands of people...
I was introvert during my childhood, but in class 8 I become friend with most extrovert student in class who was most talkative, confident and always taking part in speech competitions. For 3 years I only sat with her daily in school and I didn't realize, until I went to college, that my personality was changing from being shy, intimidated, unconfident to confident, extrovert and talkative.

I do find it a bit difficult to be in a gathering around people that I don't know very well but I do end up starting a conversation and being somewhat social. I'm usually an introvert and value my alone time with my thoughts, but I don't like being very lonely for a long period of time. I used to be an extrovert but because of the current circumstances in my surroundings I've changed. I guess the key is being adaptable to each situation and it's gone pretty well for me up till now.

I am an ambivert I used to be extroverted as a child but things make me shut my mouth I talk too much still but some people don't believe because I just talk to the people I am comfortable with and I talk more than hours and the people I am not comfortable with but I am trying to be I can shut my mouth for literally an whole day

Into(Greek ,inward) + verto(turn)=introvert.Thus, Anyone who turns inward , introspects, thinks what others think of them,is an introvert. An Introvert prefers solitude.
On the other hand, extro( Greek, outward)+verto(turn)= extrovert meaning the one who turns outward,meets people, enjoys connival gatherings, participates in different social activities . An Extrovert loves companionship.
Ambi(Greek,Both)+verto= ambivert which means the one who is both an introvert and an extrovert. Most people are ambiverts and so am I. But I think I'm more of an introvert than an extrovert.

I' m an extrovert person and after Tauha's words we should understand our selves it is very satisfying lecture for me coz i always feel little bit imbarasing for my extrovertness. But now iam clear, i only have to work on my bad things not on my whole nature
An interesting session - little bit different from routine sessions. Personally I'm an introvert but become an extrovert with time and bonding. I feel shy while talking to new people, especially a group of people but I guess that's more due to lack of confidence. After living in solitude for much time, I'm now scared of it... it's a prime source of depression. Trying to be extrovert but I feel obstacles in starting a conversation.

To complete your personality you have to balance your personality if you're introvert then solitude is your strength but u can't express without facing people so u have to work on that it's need struggle & extrovert need to think more in solitude to balance & it will the struggle for extrovert..

Some people in the comments box are saying that extrover should shut up for introverts to speak. Here is the solution: That's the point, does anyone create a room for extrovert to speak? No, right? They do it on their own. According to my experience, introvert zadatar wo hote hain jo tanhai aur akelepan me gunah karte hain. Kisi ne unke sath bura Kiya toh uska bughz dil m3 rkhte hain yaha tak ki uska bura chahte hain. Isi wajah se unhe lagta hai ki dusre log bhi itne hi Bure hain. So the very simple solution to combat introversion is clean your heart from all the negative emotions like anger, grudges, hatred and jealousy. Then start thanking Allah for whatever he has blessed you with. Love people for the sake of Allah and then you'll see that most people in the world are good. No one is judging you like you judge others all the time. So stay happy and grateful.

There is difference between antisocial person and introvert ..an introvert may not necessarily be an anti social person.. anti social ppl usually lack empathy that makes them some wat fit for problematic actions and thus is included in psychiatry or psychological disorders..
