I hate Tom so much. The actor who portrays him is brilliant; you can see the undercurrent of rage in his eyes. He scares the hell out of me, just like Joe Peaci. 😂 At least this villain storyline is believable, unlike Meena's.

Vanessa is slightly wrong there. You do sometimes diagnose cancer without tests if the other symptoms point to it and further tests would mean putting the animal through more harm just to confirm it. Case in point - my cat back in January. She was barely eating, constantly messing everywhere, kept hiding away in corners. She had lost so much weight. The vet felt a giant tumour around the kidney area. She was 13 years old, so not young. There was no point doing blood tests to confirm what we already knew from all that information. However, if the animal doesn't have any other symptoms, then absolutely don't do this.

Paddy and Vanessa was absolutely right about what they said to Tom and Tom was absolutely in the wrong for what he was going to do I've got a dog and I would be absolutely angry if I found out that someone was almost going to di what Tom was about to do but vanessa is in the wrong for the way she just put up her hand like that
@@melissafox7257Actually this guy is 100% correct. But as usual, Soap watchers just focus on narrative and aren't willing to listen to the irl case that the show is contextualised around. Comes with the low IQ of enjoying this
You can do it but really you shouldn't. The test removes all doubt but of course, as the pet owner you can choose to avoid the test if you'd rather not put them through more stress but definitely the best diagnostic practice would be the blood tests, for sure.
@@michaelohara49 I'm just saying my experience. My vet said he felt a huge tumour on her kidneys, again it was a cat, which is a smaller animal, she had the symptoms, he leaned us towards putting her to sleep instead of doing tests as the tests would just confirm what he knew. I knew going in there we would be putting her to sleep, just from how she was acting, the second he felt that and suggested it, that was it. So Vanessa is slightly wrong in that they do diagnose without tests sometimes, just this was different in that the symptoms (or lack of) didn't add up to it. I do agree that Tom is in the wrong here, I was just pointing out that ironically I actually did have this happen to me earlier this year, although rightly so, as it obviously was cancer.

I have just watched tonights episodes and I am a bit mad of what happened . I think you need to look at what you put on the TV . We all know what happens in life but some of us don't need it pushed down there throats seeing bel getting hurt like that on TV is not right

The worst thing is that I know so many guys just like Tom. He's hardly a vilan, most young lads will do something grossly wrong like that and still act like you're the mad one, especially if their superior is a woman. In real life he might have behaved worse!
Solving the gender tension by accusing many young men of being short tempered, think they know it all psychopaths who can't take a telling off and learning. So classy, real mature.
All the young men I know take lessons and have no problem with their women superiors if they have them. Maybe you need to stop talking to challenged individuals that purposely drive your point and narrative forward.

Was it so hard to find someone who can actually act to play tom. Normally I don't notice but it really takes me out of the storyline. At least past domestic abuse storylines had great acting. They aren't even trying anymore with this show.
