  • Hi everyone! Efka to the rescue on one of my most complex jobs yet. 😊 I just finished a motor replacement on a beautiful Adler 467-373 D2 HP. I bought the machine from Germany (I live in Ireland) with an old and faulty Quick Rotan motor.
Luckily, I had a spare Efka DA82GA3316 control box and DC1600 motor, along with a Variocontrol 810 control panel. I bought a push button kit from Germany and used the original vintage Efka knee switch for the high lift. After replacing the motor and soldering all the cables, I managed to activate the foot lift, reverse, knee switch, DB2000 limitation switch for high lift, and thread cutter. What a joy!
I'm thrilled to say the machine now works perfectly! Hope you enjoy the video of the process. 😊🔧✨
