- The 7th North East India Choral Competition (NEICC) as held at the Thyagraj Stadium, New Delhi. Speaker for the event was Ken Henson and chief guest Mr Nongthombam Biren Singh.
This is an annual event organized by the Tangkhul Christian Charitable Trust (TCCT). It seeks to promote togetherness amongst the NE Christian communities in Delhi & NCR and aims to provide opportunities for the young generation as well as enthusiastic choirs of different Northeast India communities to perform, communicate and to create better inter-cultural understanding.

i have a feeling this man will be a huge star on the country music scene. you have many artists coming out of US, but why not show the world that even india can house such tallent? i feel like a region in india like the northeast has the potential to bring out tallented singers and put them on the international stage, but i feel a platform is needed, so why not do it on youtube? 1: its free, and 2: you can reachout to a global audience at once, so why not? big hi from a non indian woman in Sweden.

@@bongcherk6447 how come its overlooked? maybe when i become a name on the indian music scene, i can do something about it. maybe through a music school, or something. i wish i could do something about it though. maybe introduce some more people to youtube or something incase they might not know about it, like: hey, there is this video platform where you can share your tallent with the world, wether in music or something elce and become famous and its free. oh well, lets hope for the future, and off course, the indian government is promising to connect every village of india with phiber optic internet up until 2024, so there is some hope for the northeast indian music scene incase they want to go global. if i ever become a playback singer in the indian film indusry and maybe a future independent artist, if there is one market that i want to tapp in to, its northeast india. also i am thinking of launching and mentoring young and upcoming singers, and i would love to create a music scene in northeast india too, so that local tallent can be promoted and get mainstream exposure at the same time. at least that is what i am planing to do after my playback carrier gets started. thanks for supporting me in my musical journey here on youtube as much as you can. see you in india hopefully after this pandemic is over and we are vaccinated fully. till then stay safe!
