"Hey, welcome back to another GTA 5 video! Today, I'll guide you through the process of installing car mods, specifically the 2017 Nissan GTR, in GTA 5. Before we start, make sure you have the necessary pre-requirements: OpenIV, ScriptHookV, ScriptHookVDotNet, and a descriptive V mod.
First, download and install OpenIV by following the prompts. Once installed, run the program and locate your GTA 5 main game directory. Next, install ScriptHookV, ScriptHookVDotNet, and the descriptive V mod by copying their files into the main game directory.
Create a 'mods' folder in the main directory and copy your 'updates' folder inside it. This will allow you to safely mod your game without affecting the original files.
Now, let's install the car mod. Extract the downloaded car mod files, go to the 'GTA Files' folder, and copy the car's name (in this case, "GTR") into the 'DLC Packs' main folder.
Open the 'dlclist.xml' file using OpenIV's Edit Mode, add the code from the mod's readme file to this file, and save it. Then, edit the 'extratitleupdatedata.meta' file in the same manner, following the readme instructions.
If you encounter any issues or crashes, you can use the car fix file from the description. Install it by copying the 'gameconfig.xml' file into 'mods/update/update.rpf/common/data' and the 'heapadjusters' files into the main game directory.
Now, close everything and launch the game. Once in the game, press 'F3', scroll down to 'Vehicle Spawner', and at the bottom, you'll find 'Add Vehicle Menu'. Select it, and you'll see the 2017 Nissan GTR spawn perfectly in the game.

it's funny everyone always goes thru the same experience when modding games, you start with one or two mods then you start adding more and more and fastforward 30 mins later you have like 20 mods installed and your game crashes and now you find out you did not backup, crap 😆

2.00.. my files in that folder are completele different. why ? it has other folders as well inside, github, examples, sdk, source tools, what about that ?
So i tryed any car, did everything correct, when i spawn it witu menyoo, it says invalid model, and simple trainer says slot number disabled
they gotta make this easier ngl! in other games you just drop the damn zip file and the mod is installed and in gta you need 10 programs for it to work
in OpenIV the new textures I made for cop cars show up but ingame only some of them do. All weapons I replaced in OpenIV also don't show in game?

I added more than 4 add-on car mods but after i start the game yes it crashed in the loading screen, but then after i followed some tutorials which is i googled then i started fixing it... its still crashing in the loading screen... then i figure out something when im tryna remove some mods thats just leaving less than 4 vehicle mods, and the game started playing as normal💀💀💀💀.... What should i do to solve this problem????, i want to install more add-on cars :((((((

None of my car files have the same info lines your file did.completely clueless now on what to do....guess I shouldn't be messing with the game files 😂 look up the stanced eg one.youll see what I mean
after doing this now it says xml parsing error at line 94, col 4: End tag 'Paths" does not match the start tag 'Item'.

I tried downloading the Nissan Gtr r35 which had almost the same steps as here, I dragged the gxr file with the car to dlpacks file and the edited in dlcpacks:\gxr35\ to the dlclist.xml. I have the latest gameconfig but I cant find the car anywhere in game. Though I am using Menyoo I dont know if that changes anything. Please help I really liked the car.
