I've got one of the circular homebase type sprinklers. They're actually quite handy if you just want to water a border and not the whole lawn.

Does the hoselock pro water the area in and around the base well ? Or is it similar to the impulse sprinkler where you only get droplets?

Yeah we're it sprays like a mist, it gets everywhere around the base
