I guess your abg values are not correct or i should say your question is wrong.

Because as your Co2 level is low it indicates respiratory alkalosis but your pH is low or other value that is of HCO3- which is high that indicates metabolic alkalosis but again your ph is low that indicate acidosis. So one of the value is not right and is not possible
