Ghoulia now talks. So yeah. As for the accents in the cartoon, probably not. They wouldn't cut the accents in the movie and then give them back in the cartoon. They are all Americans now and that's a problem, it's anti-Slavic and Americanism. Slavs, who are usually villains or jokes, finally get some well known Slavs portrayed as average people in Abbey and Drac and then they cut it. They're now Filipino and Indians with American accents, and the only one who wasn't Americanized was Lagoona who is now Colombian, still the wrong nationality but at least she wasn't Americanized. But the fact that the Eastern Europeans have their ancestry and culture deleted is suspicious as heck. So yeah, don't expect accents in this generation ever, and thus you have the right to be mad.
