I really don’t want a community bathroom as in a while floor shares a bathroom. So do only the learning community’s have smaller scale bathrooms like the one shown in this video?

no! You really just have to look at the dorm pages and see what room types they have, but a few of the freshman dorms have bathrooms like this, and most of the LLC's and residential colleges do too. Some even have apartment style living, which the only video I've been able to find of that is Brooklyn and Bailey's dorm tour from like two years ago. But honestly, all the dorms are really nice, even if they have communal bathrooms.
