Yo. Question about your arrow panels. What material are they made of and how did you get the designs on them? I have lexan panels and I have designs for them but not sure how to attach them the right way.
.375” lexan, closest I can easily get to the real thing in the US. (1cm / 0.39” is harder to find and more expensive) Hackmycab has a good write up on doing decals www.hackmycab.com/?portfolio=arrow-panels-part-2-arrow-decals Basically you have your design (reversed and printed on the adhesive side), you’ll spray some soapy water on the adhesive (so it doesn’t stick right away), then you’ll align the design and use something like a credit card to squeeze all the air bubbles out. Then trim the edges with an exacto knife. The design will still be translucent so you’ll repeat this with one more glossy white vinyl layer and then it’ll look correct.
