My hair never grow past the ears. I'm glad to see this tutorial. I am now a natural sista. My hair either was cut off fell off because of perms and using oil sheen spray while styled in braids the sheen spray knotted my hair. I don't think my hair can grow past my ears.
It definitely can grow past your ears, the only thing I would recommend is for you to have a simple hair care routine and avoid products that knot or tangle or dry out your hair.

This length can become very frustrating and awkward to style at times. I've done all of the styles in this video and I'm bored of them, but it's nice to see someone else with my length and hair type :-)

Not sure. Is there a certain brand I should be using, and what are you spraying on your hair?
Theresa Platt look like a cut stocking that's what I use its perfect for adjusting the tightness and the fabric won't cause breakage
The spray is just water, the band is an old stocking! x
Felica Wells One comment I had to make was to advise that nobody wore those bands so tight, because it wouldn't help blood circulation around the head. So just a moderate tying should do.
i like them all. my favorite is the one with the flat twist in the front. i can rock that.
