Moong dal - 1 cup
Rava (sooji) - 1/2 cup
Jaggery - 3 cups
Ghee - 3/4 cup
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts - 15
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
உக்காரை ஸ்வீட்
தேவையான பொருட்கள் :
பாசிப்பருப்பு - 1 கப்
ரவை - 1/2கப்
பொடித்த வெல்லம் - 3 கப்
நெய் - 3/4 கப்
தேங்காய் துருவல் - 1/2 கப்
முந்திரி பருப்பு - 15
ஏலக்காய் பொடி - 1/2 டீஸ்பூன்
