This Video is used as a training aid during MIDAS courses
As you only move in the direction traffic normally travels you are less likely to instruct anyone or reverse into moving traffic

Should have indicated before moving off

Not required if there is no one to tell, it says so in the highway code

@@skip70thPorts I was always told to indicate before moving off,just because you can't see someone they could see you and know what you are doing.

Driving in a hi-viz jacket? On my training I was told not to do this as it can dazzle other drivers.

@@skip70thPorts So if indication was not required as there was "no one to tell" why did he indicate a few seconds later when he moved over to the other side of the road ?
