Girl, I owe you. This method works better than the pre-made colored edges gel stuff. Your method lasts ALL DAY and into the next day. The pre-made stuff I was using tended to fade away as the day went on, but not the eye shadow method. The KEY is to find the right gel to seal it in. My edges are looking thick and full now. That's a Good idea. I also found out that using a Black matte lip stick can also do the trick.Using different techniques can let you know which one works the best for your hair.

Thanks, lol I have actually done that. I have thinning edges because I plucked it out when I was in hospital on Morphine. I also have grey edges, so I do it for in between hair color as well as filling in my thinning edges. Great Video.

Hontey, let me tell you.... You were sent by God because surely I've never had a problem with my edges and this last go round with these faux goddess locs promptly removed a good amount of my edges. I was so distraught! I'm using Jamaican black castor oil and about to try the chia seeds miss lady in the comments recommended but in the INTERIM I am definitely using this method! Good looking out! Luckily I colored my hair jet black before the faux locs installment so using black eyebrow powder will be no issue. It would have been hella hard to find purple, which is the color it was in the front of my hair. Thank you!

I just use a matte eyeshadow applied with a flat contour brush, like the Sigma F77. It puts on a lot of product.

I suffer from thin edges as well. Murray's brand has Beeswax that I used for edge control; the appearance of thicker edges. Everything is already mixed for easy use. It's the truth and slays my 4c edges. Peace & blessings

this is a good idea I started to grey right in the middle of my forehead and I started to shave it now it looks weird because you could tell that was part of my hairline I'm going to try this to send like a good idea I also started buying this gel that was black it is used to cover grey hair but it was pretty good I think I'll go back to that and I might try this idea good video the only draw back to this is it looks drawn on but again good idea
