My new nera 310 epis only cuts for 30-40 mins max each time it goes out even when the battery is full. I thought it would stay out for at least 1.5 hrs until the battery was nearly empty.
Looking to buy this model, but want to know the impact on the running costs on your electric bills to charge the 310? how many times a day does it charge and for how long is it on charge for?
Difficult to answer that question as the cost of electricity is gone up quite abit in recent times. What I will say is that it’s absolutely worth it and the saving you would make of petrol that you now won’t need to buy would more than likely cover the cost of the extra you spend on the electricity you use. It runs for about 1hr 40mins and then takes about 25mins to charge. I have it running from 9am - 9pm but I’ve cut it back lately as the grass isn’t growing as much with the dry weather. It’ll be relative to the area you live, how much rain you get, size of garden etc, it’s trial and error for the first few weeks until you get the hang of it. But it’s worth it, in my opinion.
