4 - 5 chicken breasts
Pinch of salt and pepper
►Tomato Sauce
150g beef pancetta or beef bacon
3 tbsp olive oil
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp red chili flakes
2 tbsp tomato puree
450g san morzano tomatoes amzn.to/3VAfsCQ
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp dried oregano
Some basil
1/2 cup water
100g butter
2 tsp sugar or honey
►Breading Prep
2 cups flour
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
4 eggs
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tbsp parmesan
300ml oil for frying

1/2 tsp red chili flakes
