    Nice Vid, you should do a video on the maximum span the beams and blocks can reach as well as the min/max thickness of the poured slab on top of the beam/blocks, steel reinforcement sizes and spacings and give information on expansion joints and waterproofing for external slabs. this would answer so many questions one would have when planning a job and calculating materials.

    Very informative, please recommend sites that we can visit…seeing is believing.
    Also,
    1. Do o a video on flat beam vs T-beam.
    2. Confirm kind of blocks recommended for walling, especially for high rise structures.

    Thank you for the informative video. I think it would be very helpful if you showed a real house being built by this method from start to finish - costs, time, key learnings, etc. Also, are there houses you know of that have withstood the the test of time of perhaps 10years with this method? If so, could you do a video? This would calm some of the doubts that we have as potential clients. Best regards 🙏

    • @PropertyNoma
      @PropertyNoma  Před 2 lety

      I think it's possible but you'll have to know whether EPS will be used for load bearing. Bricks are usually used to partition rooms and not so much to carry loads. It ultimately depends with the design of your house.

    I am curious to know if there have been any failures or collapses using this technology as compared to the normal method of building suspended slabs. Also I am curious to know the typical thickness of the poured concrete layer, as well as the MPa of the concrete mix if you know it. Thankyou for making an interesting and informative video. It is very good in my opinion.
