Hi Nishant, a stammer can definitely make it more difficult for you to get a high score and you will need to work harder in the other areas to compensate for this. However, IELTS will also make an allowance for you as it is a medical condition. When you are booking your test, you should bring a medical certificate with you to show that this is the case and present it to the person you book your test with. IELTS will be able to offer you more time in the speaking test so that you can show what you're capable of besides having a stammer.
