Honestly, you can tell someone's emotional intelligence by how they process their feelings and current situation. Khloe is so mature and her perspective on emotions is so on point. I love this so much!

To all people who feel disapponted just because Jay invited a kardashian for a motivational talk/interview. Kardashians are humans like us that can experience struggles in life, made mistakes and can inspire anyone to be more confident, independent and stronger person. We should not judge people just because you only see their mistakes and bad side. Remember nobody's perfect and people can change into better through the years.

Their Step Father went through years of trauma hiding who he really was. Then they all had to deal with that being dragged through social media. Chloe spent years married to a drug addict and they have a brother who clearly has his own demons. Money does not buy you happiness.
@@theelegantstylist Well as far as I know that khloe's ex husband was drug addict but they over showed it for that show they have so that they can show khloe as a victim and their ratings increase.

I was sceptical and prejudged this video before hand (with Jay becoming more popular its inevitable he will step outside the box, but this is certified) , I totally understand why anyone would love to sit in conversation with Khloe - she has been through a lot but always seems to have heart.

I just got out of my trauma a few months back through a lot of self reflection and work, What interestingly happened is that I got good in helping other people out in their traumas atleast to some extent.

Proud of you Miss Khole. I'm 53 single mum of 2 boys and have always been these ways. Until recently after going through a tradgic loss on my best friend , " my little farm girl mum" . Had a home 22 years couldn't stay due to mum dying in home, tore apart my family. Working on building back the youngest ,was listening to this sleeping on a floor in our knew place no furniture 2 months , no food ready to give up.You managed to make my spirit alive again. I too believe in kindness , just made chicken soup for a knew neighbour 65 with a cold from our chicken bones , he was not expecting it, made his day. I enjoy our humble life , those types of actions I tell my children , in my heart ' is my 14 room house and Ferrari . in an odd way you gave me hope to keep going and building , thank u

Wow! Amazing. I wish Khloe came out more like this, she could totally transform many peoples' perceptions and help people heal. I think she's a powerful healer! I always knew she had this depth, but I personally felt it got covered over, maybe by other people's bullshit and whatever she was going thru. Feel she went through some dark stuff that twisted her, but she's back to her authentic self! So good to see her talking out loud in such an articulate, smart, inspirational way. She is amazing!
I can honestly connected with what she had said about writing down feelings, I really like to write, I'm writting diary since I was very young and now I'm 21y/o yeah sometimes when i read them I laugh at it and also cry about it, and yeah it's also so true when she said about greetings others totally can connected to her and most of the things she said in this podcast. I never watched the Kardashians and completely ignore the tabloids because I feel that editors create and controls a false and fake reality of the family. This conversation is just an ultimate guide of our journey to self. The best message was- self judgement and self conversation to ourselves and giving full control to own self and rest everything is unreal . ( I had a loud......laugh when she innocently used the term retired monk).

💓Wow this really opened my perception and ability to see people deeper. Whenever I've heard people talk bad ab the Kardashians I've always thought we're not seeing the full scope of who they are, how can you be so sure of yourself while judging someone you've only ever seen on social media but to be able to experience this side of Khloe and to hear more of what her daily experience of life is like is really beautiful. I've felt a lot of severe depression in my life and I never thought any material thing or outside experience could alter that in any way bc it was constant for so many years and specialists in the mental health field that I met with were saying things like "you can manage it but it will never go away completely" and that was so tragic for me to hear at the time bc I could not feel happiness or any higher emotion like excitement or gratitude, I couldn't feel those at all at that point, I was so apathetic. Hearing that I had to experience that at any level for the rest of my life was like a death sentence to me. I didn't know ab the power I had inside me to change it bc I thought it was me. The opportunities we have now with the internet and social media can be toxic if that is where we focus our energy but it can also be absolutely life changing to see what other humans are capable of while getting to see the parts of them that are just like us, it's very inspiring. I don't blame anyone for where their current level of awareness is bc of what their life experience has been so far bc emotional intelligence is a fairly newer concept, a lot of the things we hear about on podcasts such as this gem were not so prevalent in times before this so people who are stuck in an old outdated way of thinking may not know or be able to open up to something that's beyond that yet bc they have been trained by everything in their environment and then by their relentless self identity to be the way they are and everything they hear and see could be just cementing that in deeper and deeper until the idea that they're in control of all of it is so far from their awareness. If they're hurting inside and don't understand that they can heal themselves then that pain could lead them to have an ill perception of the world and of people. We don't know what their everyday life is like or what information has been accessible to them so it's important to have compassion for people who are still hurting, who are still stuck in a box and as we heal and get higher we will feel more and more compassion for the people who have not made it their yet but also have the awareness of what is possible for them and for all humans and be a guiding light for them out of their pain and into their power. The only reason people want an excess of anything is bc of the emotion that they believe will come with it but now we're understanding more that the emotions are our creation based on how much we're allowing ourselves to be open to them in every moment. A person who has been apathetic for years could go to another country or obtain tons of money and pretty things and still be apathetic and not be able to feel anything towards their new circumstances or they could suddenly be in a new environment and convince themselves that bc of that now they can feel higher emotions and suddenly be able to feel them. It's all about what we believe we are capable of. If we could create an experience inside us from where we are right now that will convince us to open up to the elevated side of any duality, then we can do anything. When a human can overcome their own dense emotions and beliefs again and again and become who they'd rather be despite the sickness in our society, despite their past trauma, that is the greatest miracle.

This is so true, the world is so mean at times, by putting yourself first u understand that even if the world is a mean place, you are living your truth. And when u are a nice person, MAYBE someone else would be nice to you too. It all starts with you. But sometimes people are just mean for no reason. Not everyone has the same heart that u do, so remember that.
