Some of the West Grounds are brilliant and are playing every midweek for the next month or so. Clydebank, Talbot, Pollok are all excellent. Cumbernauld United great for a visit too
Musselburgh, my hometown club, a fantastic football club. There's something so pure about the football at this level, as more and more people become disillusioned with the game at the top (the money at that level is disgusting) then clubs like this will flourish with growing fanbases. Great video this mate, I love this kind of stuff 👍

Absolutely love this side of football. With the massive clubs you sometimes lose some of the roots of the team but this level seems so pure and I rate that highly

Wooho lithgy thistle !! I lived there 1978-1986 this vid blew my mind I remember playing on that pitch as a kid in the school finals Linlithgow primary against st . Joseph’s and I scored twice not bad for a brummie lad 😄we were a Birmingham family who moved to Linlithgow cos of me dads job and Scotland was a desirable place , it was the seventies and Paul McCartney’s mull of kintyre was massive and me mum and dad thought fuck it let’s move to Scotland and get out of brum 😀brave people ! Being English in Scotland was an education 🤣🤣but me dad who had formed youth football teams in Birmingham formed youth teams in lithgy !! Linlithgow thistle which became linavon god does that team still exist ?? The kits colours were red and black stripes cos me dad liked the old Man City away kit back in the day and of course I played with till I got bored getting up on Sunday rainy mornings and running around in Bo’ness and Cumbernauld 🤣🤣🤣we played against some team called Toronto !! Mental and Raploch were crazy 🤣🤣sorry got got lost in memories, thanks for bringing them back all the best 👍👍

Hope you make it to a Bonnyrigg Rose game, this could be an interesting and an historical year for the Rosey Posey. I've been to Musselburgh a few times to see them play Bonnyrigg, great ground and a great club.

Great vid Sam. Would love you to come to Kirkconnel and see Kello Rovers play mate? Great wee historic club who have featured quite a few players that went on to bigger and better things (e.g. Alex Parker who played for Scotland in the 1958 World Cup, Quinton "Cutty" Young who played for Rangers in the early 1970s and Kris Doolan who played in the SPL with Partick Thistle). Currently playing in the West of Scotland League Conference B. Not had a brilliant start to the season. Currently lying 10th with 9 points from 9 matches. Just fantastic that they're back playing again though.

Of all the places to bump into a wee Dundee United fan 😂.. new to the channel but great video good to see you encouraging fans to get out and Support clubs like these.. football is more than just the big teams.. followed Dundee United for years but now take in local junior games in Dundee (Dundee north end in particular for a small city Dundee has 8 junior teams) it's a Dundee derby on Sunday 19th of September.. worth a visit if you can..
