If Kobe isn’t in any person’s top 10, that person is either a basic hater, knows little to nothing about evaluating and understanding basketball greatness, or is just trolling and being contrarian. 2001-2010 Kobe is the most complete 2-way player the league has ever seen outside of Michael Jordan. Leaving him out the top 10 is worthy of an investigation 😂

Dan, I like you and your show but the comment about taking Larry Bird out of the top ten is asinine. Larry Bird will always be in the top ten! Larry is arguably the GOAT. Your argument about some of these guys replacing him is just crazy. I think you’re having a Joe Biden moment😂.
Dan needs to chill with the Kevin Durant will be a top 10 player all time talk. KD is an all-time great TALENT, but as an overall player, I think he’s historically OVER-rated. He went to 4 WCF with OKC, and only made it to the finals one time, where he lost to LeBron and the Heat in 5. Went to Golden State, who had already won a title without him, and went ahead and won another title after he left. But he was the best INDIVIDUAL player on the 17 and 18 title teams, but at the same time, he was NEVER a more VALUABLE player than Steph on that team. And other than 2021 in Brooklyn, has had disappointing playoff finish after disappointing playoff finish after GS. I’m still not convinced that he should be ranked higher all time than Dirk Nowitzki, all things considered.
