Not true, 6061 is extremely stable after a process like this. There are factors like the design of the part and how much bulk remains to generate a stable mechanical part. And also depends on the grade and manufacturer of the material.
Big 9 for street outlaws is impressive. If you could get the plug facing away from the intake. Would be better. And what about a deeper exhaust valve pocket?
I want them to make a DOHC Hemi big block but they stick to push rods coz apparently it works and it’s cheaper, [one cam instead of 4, and the chains… anyway, if I ever get the chance to be blessed like they have been it will be my first design]!

6061 is the worst for warpage. But its cheap.
What motor does these new heads go on, I heard him say sbc but did he mean lsx.
