I am still impressed at all family members jump in and help do any and everything. Whether it’s operating heavy machinery or working cows or on top of the barn in construction, they just do whatever needs to be done. The young people can do so many things.
Okay that was strange Rhonda not talking , praying for you all. Be glad when you are your self again.
I love the silence, that's what real farming is like. More of this please. Enjoyed.
I pray they everything is working out for you and family. God bless
Thank you!! ❤
Praying for you and family everyday 🙏. That everything is working out with you and family 👪. God bless
Thank you for letting us tag along, we love your videos, been praying for you guys.
Thank you so much! All the prayers have been felt and are working powerfully! ❤
Thank you for the update. Farming is mentally and physically draining. The fact that you put these up and allowing people to see in your life is amazing. thank you ❤️❤️❤️
What's amazing to me is that people enjoy watching the random farm happenings. Thank you!! ❤
@@acresofclayhomestead It is fun to see the curious cows, the calves running and jumping around and playing. Dad milked 2-4 cows by hand. We picked the corn, combined the beans and oats. Ground the corn with a hammer mill powered by the H farmall and a belt, added supplement by hand. Baled hay with a a/c roto bailer after it was mowed with a sickle bar mower, dried, and raked into wind rows with a wheel rake. Bales were picked up by hand until we bought a wheel loader and stacked by hand in a stack on the edge of a field and covered with a plastic sheet. The soybeans were put into a flat floor grain bin with an elevator and the bin was emptied by elevator with a lot of shoveling. The oats were shoved into and out of their tongue and groove board bin and fed mostly to the hogs. Still don't like hogs to this day. No chopper, skid loader, semi and dump trailer, tandem axle truck with dump bed. We had two 4 wheel wagons one had a hydraulic lift, the other a handy man jack in a frame that lifted the front of the box. Just a shovel and pitchfork and a lot of labor for the rest. It is nice to see how we should have farmed but didn't have the equipment. The farm was 240 acres and i don't know how my dad kept us all clothed and two sisters in college. We had three gardens and canning was always going on in season. Planted sweet corn with the 4 row jd planter. Vine crops were in the second garden. Ate the occasional cow or pig that wouldn't sell for a good price etc.

There are other channels that is worthy of this comment. Certainly your channel is as well. You and your family with the farm. It's the only thing left for America that can be television . Hollywood and the news has left america in the dark. Every episode is waited on and not always patiently. Thank you for all your sacrifice and hard work. It allows us a little sanity in the crazy world.
Thank you
George and Pam
I think this video was perfect. Full of life, joy and some sadness. All the more reason for us to continue to keep you daily in our prayers. Blessings

Very good video as always. I remember letting the heifers out in spring after being cooped up all winter, they went crazy with all the room to run. Hope everything is getting better for you and your family.
The American farmers have a very hard thankless job. I really appreciate the fact you and your family take the time to show how it is to be a farmers. Love and bless you all and thanks for sharing your life with us. 🙂💜
Try farming in Sudan, its even more thankless
I love watching your videos. I just started watching regularly. I’m trying to find the video you did with the warm boots that a company gave to your family to try out. I saw them probably a year or so ago when my husband started watching. Thanks for sharing your life stories and your farm life with us ♥️♥️
Praying daily for you and the family. God Bless.
Been thinking of you 💚 continuing to pray and lift you guys up in my prayers !!!

@Acres of Clay Homestead ,
Thank you for sharing this video, Ronda.
Continuing in prayer for you all.
Nice this No Comment video where you can hear all the noises of the daily farm life.
Love watching your videos and have been watching for some time now. As a fellow dairy farmer it's nice to see how another farmer operates and to see the good and bad days. Was not a fan of this very impersonal video though. I enjoy hearing your descriptions of what's occuring.
Thanks for taking the time to watch!! ❤
God bless you and your family and thanks for sharing loved it
Praying for you and your family Rhonda. Just not the same as when you are telling us what is happening on the farm. Take care and be strong.
Enjoyed the quiet video, just farm noise, nice!

I've been able to pick grapes 3 separate times, Thanks to the bird netting. Never had a bird issue this year!! 😊😊😊
Very very cute, too. It's a beautiful video.
God bless you all thoughts and prayers for you . Stay strong
Thanks for another great video. Hope Kevin doesn't feel that bump for long. Stay strong, and we continue your family 👪 in uplifting prayers 🙏❤
Good morning! Be safe!
Rhonda I really enjoy the videos from Acer’s of Clay Homestead. Mackenzie and son work hard I never hear them complaining a day on the farm is long and hard. I bet you are a real good cook. Anyway waiting on the next episode. 👍👍👍👏👏👏
Your a good cook! It's quiet time. Grandma used to make grape juice. And can everything. Bye bye 🥰🥰🤗🤗
God Bless you and your family for all you are going through
Excellent work everyone!!! Oh your cooking looks so yummy!!!
You’re so talented!!! Great camera shots and for holding on tight!!!
Keep Smiling everything will work out!!!
I’m not saying watching Rhonda cook makes me hungry….. but I’ve had proper country home cooked food before and darn it. I do miss it. 😅🙂🙂
Lov u all, hope all gets better with time. Liked the quiet time. Some times we just need to listen and stop talking!
May God be with you!!
Missing your sweet voice, praying for you and your family
Kitchen is always a good place to be.
Greetings from Finland.
It's been a long long long time since I worked on a farm. But I haven't forgotten running a farm is a 24-7 deal !!!
Hope all is well sending prayers
👍🙂🙂 Hope everything’s getting better with you all
Nice to see you again.😀😀😀😀 Hmmmmmmm silent picture show.🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 How nice to see so many calves; lots of brown ones. That cow doing the dust bath, did you name her Orio because she is black on both ends and white in the middle. I thought that cutting the grass for two hours was work but you got me beat. I just cooked up some tomatoes but it was nothing compared to what you done. Grapes of wrath, if I was back at my old house, I would be cooking up some grapes. I am glad Kevin did not get hurt when that heifer backed into him. 😫😫😫😮😮😮 I have a bad back and I am too old for farm work but thanks for letting me see what real work is.
Prayers that everyone and everything is getting better for all and that you and family have a blessed labor day
Just another day in paradise!👍 Not OSHA approved riding on the stock trailer Mackenzie but hey, we've all done it, not scolding you, just gotta hang on is all! 👌
