If the wireless connection still doesn't work then check the encryption method in the profile against your router. Our home router used an AES encryption vs. the TKIP specified in the video. Once that was corrected the wireless worked (as well as turning off the 802.11d setting under the Options\Regulatory settings in the Fusion menu and doing a reboot).
I'm forever seeing 'Adapter Unavailable' when trying to create new WiFi profiles. Any ideas why? It's out of the cradle, so it's not an activesync issue.
