My 2 cents : If you go frame by frame you can see that the final destination of the punch coud be subject of discussion but the first impact is clearly a low blow and as it's an uppercut, it has a down to up trajectory. The picture that Usyk's manager shows is the first impact and therefore a low blow and the other pic we see by Dubois's people is the final destination of the punch (forgetting what it hit during its down to up trajectory...)

Did the shot hit the genital area, probably not, was the punch below the navel,it certainly seems so. What is more Daniel Dubois landed a shot in almost the same area of Usyk's body in round 3, the ref stopped the action and warned Daniel to keep his shots up. So if the ref felt that area of the body was a low shot in round 3, then he is almost certainly going to rule any knockdown in that same area as a low blow, and that is indeed what he did. The photo shows the point of impact or the knuckle placement: The thumb was at the belt, and everything else was below. The glove was not touching any bit of skin. That is a low blow.

If you go frame by frame you can see that the final destination of the punch coud be subject of discussion but the first impact is clearly a low blow and as it's an uppercut, it has a down to up trajectory.
The picture that Usyk's manager shows is the first impact and therefore a low blow and the other pic we see by Dubois's people is the final destination of the punch (forgetting what it hit during its down to up trajectory...)

This time there is complaint from Dubois just because this is a big fight and Dubois does no have clear understanding on the role of low blow, in addition that he was always trying to hit Usyk on the same spot which means he has already planned it! What is more Daniel Dubois landed a shot in almost the same area of Usyk's body in round 3, the ref stopped the action and warned Daniel to keep his shots up. So if the ref felt that area of the body was a low shot in round 3, then he is almost certainly going to rule any knockdown in that same area as a low blow, and that is indeed what he did.

The beltline isn’t what determines it, it’s where your belly button (navel) is. The ref is supposed to inspect where each fighters beltline is landing before the fight and tell them what is going to be considered low for them depending on how high they wear the trunks/belt line

The photo shows the point of impact or the knuckle placement: The thumb was at the belt, and everything else was below. The glove was not touching any bit of skin. That is a low blow.
