To give you an additional context, on the gun-shooting scene, it depicts the motherland (Indonesia) who was unwell due to Covid and all. But, while the mother is dying, there are still some greedy people who wanted to take personal benefits out of the pandemic situation (these are - as you might already know - all true events) through some excessive Covid fund corruptions.
There are 3 thoughts from the shooting scene
1. can describe red blood cells and white blood cells, where the white blood cells experience a dramatic spike in numbers, this condition is called a cytokine storm (one of the critical effects of COVID-19)
2. The white shirt and the numbers on the shirt illustrate the spike in COVID-19 cases in Indonesia and the red shirt as an army is trying to contain the increase in cases itself but to no avail
3. people in white clothes can be described as bad people (corruptors) who are trying to take advantage of the COVID-19 pandemic, described by how greedy they want to take gold around the dying mother

I think the mom represents those patients who got covid and those who are in red suit are like the doctors and nurses and those who were wearing white represents the people from Indo government that even on the woman’s last breath (or those who got infected by the virus) they will take everything from you and takes advantage on the situation.
