Learn how to make sushi platter! This sushi platter is called Sushi Moriawase, which includes Nigiri and Makis. We use different kind of fish to make them. In this episode we will make by using salmon, maguro (tuna), suzuki (seabass), hotate (scallobs) and ebi (prawns).
