This offsite challenge takes the remaining six home cooks from the MasterChef Kitchen to JW Marriot's Saffron, where they are split into two teams to tackle a team service challenge. They must present a gourmet street food platter in a magnificent way along with a Veeba Mayonnaise Dip. The team that loses goes into the elimination challenge. Felt bad for blue team, guests liked their dishes but judges has shown some biasedness🤦
i agree with the judges that sprinklers are missing, but even without it their dishes are totally complete, also their dishes look so delicious and pleasant to eyes.

Reasons it was Scripted
1 Last moment decision to add gold coins just bcuz judges didn't like it
2 Chef that criticized ( even people didn't like it) Pani Puri praises it later and calls it the best. Poor script prepared by the writers should have given some other dialogue. Just wonder the authenticity of taste of all dishes at that moment tbh
3 Nothing matters in street food except customers. No innovation and presentation is not important(even if it was blue team had done that). A tastier menu will always attract which is blue team had. So easily they were the best.

Judges should have given the gold coins before counting silver coins. Somehow a "twist" always comes when results are unexpected or maybe their favorite contestants aren't winning. These 'twists' make the show harder to enjoy.
Edit: I noted one more thing at 29:21 during the blue team's judgment, Chef Ranveer Brar criticizes "ghee ka tadka" which is actually done by the red team, and even the dip being shown is made by the red team. Refer to plates shown at 22:19 and 22:22. Is it an editing mistake or is actually the show being rigged?
And why wasn't mentor Gaurav from JW Marriott given a chance to vote? Purely made up show

People should really focus on What Ranveer said before giving his golden coin! He said its not only about taste but the innovation the creativity and the challenge! A cannoli, a prawn tempura cannot be termed as Indian chaat! The challenge was about presenting Indian chaat platter! Think before labelling them biased!

Judges are a bit biased towards rukhsaar thats what I felt. May be because when they choose a MasterChef they want to take someone presentable. In rukhsar's case she is a food technologist cum chef which is a unique combination so the chefs wanted badly rukhsar to win but jo hona hain woh to hoke hi rehta hain.
My Prediction: Rukshar is not going to win. If you notice, then she consistently stays at 2nd or 3rd position but only few times 1st.
In contrast, Ashiq hits rank 1 more often and if not then stays at 2nd or 3rd. Same with Nidhi. So I suppose winner will be either Ashiq of Nidhi.

When it comes to street food, people only think of taste. If guests liked it, thats it. Blue time is clear winner. Chefs often go into so much of detail while judging food which can be accepted with other foods. But with street food...winner should be declared by what guests or normal people liked.

What's the use of taking the customers' decision when the judges override them. Very insulting.
Problem was, they had let the customers know the captain of the teams. At this level, all of them must be cooking great food, outside of our (common man) ability to judge. And based on favorite contestant, the votes would be influenced.
