8 Head Automatic Overflow Filling Machine

This eight head overflow filling machine from Liquid Packaging Solutions, Inc. can add up to eight additional fill heads in the future as production demands require. This system moves bottles down a power conveyor system and into the fill area. Once positioned under the fill heads, the unique overflow nozzles dive into the bottles and create a seal over the bottle or container opening. As product enters the bottle, it will "overflow" through a return port into the nozzle back to the supply tank, leaving each bottle with a consistent and level fill. The level fill is especially suited to products in clear containers, creating an appealing shelf presence in stores and markets.
The automatic filler uses a PLC with a touchscreen interface to allow the operator to quickly set up the parameters for different bottles and make adjustments to indexing and fill times.
