That game was amazing. Measure of wickedness lead to so many tense moments. The thrull parasite and trickster gods heist synergy was great too.

I agree about the game being interesting. I knew I had to edit this game as soon as I saw the commanders that day. I wish I had a way of tracking the hours but I do little bits throughout the day that would make that tough. It's probably better that way 😂

Great video, great game all! Variants like Planechase and Vanguard are cool, but I would love to see the occasional monthly deckbuilding challenges for the casual pod like this featured one. Suggestions: Pauper Oathbreaker (with uncommon Signature Spell), PDH non-partner Partner Commanders to open up 3 and 4-color decks, all LOTR commanders pod, etc… maybe when new sign-up calendar is posted to give a month lead time to brew and acquire cards?

I will try to bring up deckbuilding challenges if I ever have a casual group that's a month or more away because that's how much time I'd really need to get my cards. Definitely something I'd like to do again. Just hard to organize that. I'm really not good at event planning of any sort.
I know Wales is always down if given a similar timeframe if you find a person to be our 4th!

People should definitely experiment more with the abundant card pool that already exists instead of chasing Standard. It's a bit like programming your own games once an established programming language is available
