Totally agree, the Freewing Avanti S is the best plane I ever owned! I will look into the Oracover solution too as I think it looks great.
Thats why i bought the red Avanti, it is better in the sky to see. You did an amazing job on this one. Wish i could do this, so i will watch till the end 😂

Love my yellow/white Avanti. I put three coats of water-based polyurethane with UV protectant in it on mine to smooth out the airflow and protect the plane from hanger rash. Love it. Great video and you have WAY more patience than I have. I haven't covered a model since I left the glow planes in my rear view mirror 20 years ago!

Great information as always. I recently got the 80mm Avanti after having the 70mm for a while. Quite a difference.
I'm in love with the sound of that Avanti, it's tremendous! Is there anything specific you've done to make it sound so good? I swear other EDFs I've seen flying don't sound anywhere near as good as that. I want one!
I just ballance every edf drive myself :)

No, two 4000 mAh 6s batteries connected in parallel (as apposed to series) for a total of 8000 mAh 6s - that’s how he got over 6 min run time 😊
Have you made any changes with the engine of the new freewing avanti. Possibly moved it closets at the end of the plane?

Awesome video. Great tips on film covering foam. Almost everyone in my club has one of these and they all look the same. I am hoping to make mine different. Do you still have the 3D file for the exhaust nozzle? If so, how can I get it?
Really enjoyed your video just bought my first Freewing Advanti S. Have you upgraded the motor sounds fantastic. You must have done something different please share. Other videos dont sound as good. Looked at my motor specs different to yours mine Motor, 3658-1920KV in runner motor. ESC 100A with 5A BEC, Ducted fan : 80mm 9 blade fan. Your motor 2300kv Ten Shock CZ112240 ESC Fsky Neuron 80.
