Girl I was so confused about Margo and Nikko bc she says theyre in a open marraige so they are free to see others but they were seperated and she was mad because he didnt tell her about the mimi situation. I thought an open marraige was being able to see others while married so I didnt get the whole seperation thing. My conclusion is Margo is broke and needed them coins from the show.......

Typically when you're building a house, you get what they call a construction loan, which is like a line of credit. I don't bit more believe they are building a house using their personal money, and if they are, they're dumb as fuck. And Kirk is right you can't freeze someone out of an account with their name on it. Real talk her best bet would be to w/d all of the money out and deposit it into an account with just her name on it.... BUT she ain't gonna do it !!!!

My thing is, there is a LOT of overhead in owning a brick and mortar store! Insurance, taxes, rent or mortgage, advertising, payroll, floor inventory, SOP's, training, security, merchandising, business lines and internet, point of sale, accounting, and so on and so on...Your profit margins change by leaps and bounds I understand wanting your biz and home to be separate bc it grates on your nerves, Maybe Mona will set up a for tv store front for Rasheeda like she did with Stevie and Benzo's steakhouse, the sneaker boutique etc
The only thing Kirsheeda have is an Adams Apple & some Dollar Tree trinkets sold out of a spare rm. $32k to throw away..no! Momma Dee looked really good on the L&HHA after show with Tigger..till she raised her arm, & her unshaven, visible deodorant filled armpit became exposed. Joseline's makeup & hair was pretty this episode. I just want her to tone it down. T & A ain't always gotta be on display.
Lastly, I can understand Stevie wanting to start a mgmt co in music, bcus he's actually talented & is an established producer. But I don't see how Mimi goes from having a cleaning service, & swinging from rods, to mgmt? So basically she need her baby daddy, [& his wife whom she degrades] to have a storyline.
