Hi Amy, what is plastic candy toy? It doesn't sound edible at all but then kids always have the funniest ideas 😄 While I love being around loved ones I equally enjoy having some alone time.. the older I got the more I appreciate moments of solitude.
It's just plastic toy that's shaped like a candy/fruit. Those small toys that kids receive from birthday goodie bags. Erasers and pencil caps etc.
I share your feelings too. Today, my son had this adorable realization. He told me he finally understood what I meant by things getting too noisy. His sister decided to blast some loud music right next to him while he was deep into reading a book. 😅
