It was about 10 days before my 60th birthday when my dad told me he loved me for the first time. He found Christ laying in a hospital bed it UVa . I lost my dad 5 months later, but I know he loved me, and I know he loved God in the end
Phenomenal My father passed away November 14th 2022, never remembered him ever saying he loved me. I stood in the room where he lay just after he passed. And God told me to anoint his head and I obeyed, after anointing him I placed my hand on top of his head and said verbally "God bless". God spoke to me, he said this is who you are, your loved, your cherished, your the apple of my eye. That evening God spoke to me again, he said you know who you are, but your earthly father never knew who he was. I thank God that he brings freedom to the captives, he breaks the chains of generational bodage, and he calls us, Me and You, by his holy name for he truly is OUR HEAVENLY FATHER. Amen

The day I realized the power i had inside of me was the night this happened to me. You see, the devil hates it and fears the most, is when God’s children REALIZE whose they are. That night i was jerked off my bed onto the floor facing down. I tried to move but my hands and body were pressed down. However, with authority and without hesitation, I looked back at this dark shadow and said, DO YOU KNOW WHOSE I AM?. I didnt have to yell but with a stern voice and the power of Christ in me, this thing left as quickly as he tried to trespass. Whoever you are, i am here to tell you, DO YOU KNOW WHOSE YOU ARE? Because if your a Christian, its not about you, it’s about your Abba Father and Savior Jesus Christ. Know Him, know you.
I had that caring for my quadriplegic husband…please do what you can to get sleep. For me it was from sleep deprivation of waking so often to care for him till all I could say was, “Baby, I’m sorry, I can’t move, I need to sleep I guess.”…get sleep- he’s gone now and it’s been almost 5 years but I am still not strong yet. I went to Zack’s concert tonight, and Ben was there. I was so excited, when Ben sung “who I am”. It’s my favorite song by him. I got a sticker, of the song, a journal, and a CD. Best concert I’ve ever been too. Yesss obv I was excited to see Zack too, but it was cool to see ben. I sadly didn’t get to get a picture with them, cause I really wanted to, but at least I got to see him In concert. Love you Zack, and ben. Your music is awesome❤

As a child whose father hardly ever showed affection, I can attest, it makes a difference. I tell my kids I love them regularly, even when I don't like them. I tell their mother I adore her. There has to be that hierarchy. I never got the impression that my father loved or respected my mother. My kids have no doubt how I feel about their mother. ✝️❤️

Now as to your example about Christ, well it appears to be true that Christ never said to them he loved them,but did he not ask of his disciples if they loved him,? I got to care for my mom before she passed. She didn't raise me .I got saved Jesus had to show me have much hurt I had before I could have peace it was a ten year journey. I had time to listen to her hurt her true regret of giving me up.we said words that brought healing so when her journey here was ending she told me I could not go pass the gate but she would be there when I came.she told me she would be leaving the next day at 12. So call my brother s sister .I did as I sit with her she left that room holding my hand just as she said .I know one day I will see her at the gate. Thanks for this song and testimony.
I can so relate to this... but my mum is still with me, such a gentle soul, never imposes... accepts all that I do for her.... I also cared for my God mother who fostered me. She passed away 3 years ago. My Jesus is the reason for the endless joy that I feel caring for my mum and my godmother. Without Jesus life would have been so meaningless.
My father was a pastor, and I resented him greatly for it until age 36 when my life came crashing down around me, neurological disorders that have taken my strength, the opium took my soul, at 8 years sober I was arrested on three felony charges after illegal search of my truck out of state outside the rez, I didn't commit a crime ironically this time, it was for my Fibromyalgia meds, the cop made a personal descision that I had too much for one person (my doctor disagreed) but it wasn't up to him. I was facing six years in federal prison, and was at my wits end. At my arraignment I couldn't speak as I hadn't had my meds in four days I spent having seizures in a holding cell for one with six other men. Bc my parents had been praying for me for 15 years, God delivered me from that fate, the case was dismissed by the prosecutor when our evidence was shared with him hours before trial. My parents took me home, and I went to church for the first time in 12 years, and God broke my heart and broke me down, two years later I'm mentally strong though my body is breaking down, and my relationship with my father is good for the first time, and he's dying of stage four cancer. It's never too late to give your life to Christ so he may prepare you to serve the ones who served you all your life in their time of need.
Jesus never says in the bible that he loves us. But we know he loves us because of his actions. Just like i know my dad loves me because of his actions. Perspective matters & actions speak louder than words. Praise Jesus!🤍

When I was growing up my dad never told me he loved me. He never was one to show his emotions like that. Later in life he survived a aneurysm that ruptured in his stomach area. He was our Christmas miracle that year since it was Christmas day when it happened. Every time I talked to him on the phone I would tell him I loved him. One day I was talking to him and I just kept saying I love you and finally he told me he loved me. That was a day I will never forget. I know how Ben felt when his dad finally told him he loved him. I'm just glad that God blessed me with that feeling before my dad went home to be with the Lord. He passed away with cancer.
I'm so BLESSED I just had a BD on the 4th of December.. I'm now 63..I still have my Daddy he is 88 ... Neither of my children have a living Daddy.. Both husband's passed away... I'm thankful JESUS ,,for all that I have BECAUSE of YOU Jesus

@@danielmann5427 I understand the point you are making here/your view/ opinion,but I respectfully disagree some what,as an example I can't imagine being married and never telling your wife you love her just expecting her to know that you do, well it's the same with children because it's more then just showing them it's telling them as well.
Now as to your example about Christ, well it appears to be true that Christ never said to them he loved them,but did he not ask of his disciples if they loved him,? It's also very hard to imagine that Christ did not tell them he loved them .
I got to care for my mom before she passed. She didn't raise me .I got saved Jesus had to show me have much hurt I had before I could have peace it was a ten year journey. I had time to listen to her hurt her true regret of giving me up.we said words that brought healing so when her journey here was ending she told me I could not go pass the gate but she would be there when I came.she told me she would be leaving the next day at 12. So call my brother s sister .I did as I sit with her she left that room holding my hand just as she said .I know one day I will see her at the gate. Thanks for this song and testimony.
I can so relate to this... but my mum is still with me, such a gentle soul, never imposes... accepts all that I do for her.... I also cared for my God mother who fostered me. She passed away 3 years ago. My Jesus is the reason for the endless joy that I feel caring for my mum and my godmother. Without Jesus life would have been so meaningless.

My father was a pastor, and I resented him greatly for it until age 36 when my life came crashing down around me, neurological disorders that have taken my strength, the opium took my soul, at 8 years sober I was arrested on three felony charges after illegal search of my truck out of state outside the rez, I didn't commit a crime ironically this time, it was for my Fibromyalgia meds, the cop made a personal descision that I had too much for one person (my doctor disagreed) but it wasn't up to him. I was facing six years in federal prison, and was at my wits end. At my arraignment I couldn't speak as I hadn't had my meds in four days I spent having seizures in a holding cell for one with six other men. Bc my parents had been praying for me for 15 years, God delivered me from that fate, the case was dismissed by the prosecutor when our evidence was shared with him hours before trial. My parents took me home, and I went to church for the first time in 12 years, and God broke my heart and broke me down, two years later I'm mentally strong though my body is breaking down, and my relationship with my father is good for the first time, and he's dying of stage four cancer. It's never too late to give your life to Christ so he may prepare you to serve the ones who served you all your life in their time of need.

When I was growing up my dad never told me he loved me. He never was one to show his emotions like that. Later in life he survived a aneurysm that ruptured in his stomach area. He was our Christmas miracle that year since it was Christmas day when it happened. Every time I talked to him on the phone I would tell him I loved him. One day I was talking to him and I just kept saying I love you and finally he told me he loved me. That was a day I will never forget. I know how Ben felt when his dad finally told him he loved him. I'm just glad that God blessed me with that feeling before my dad went home to be with the Lord. He passed away with cancer.
