LIKE SO THEY CAN LEARN MORE ABOUT THE ZOMBIES, DROPSY NEEDS THIS INFORMATION!
Zombies troop count at the beginning of the round is determined by a percentage of the TOTAL AMOUNT OF TROOPS ON THE BOARD, the percentage varies from turn to turn and has a 40% at the start of the game, next turn it changes to 60% and from there it increases by 15% until it maxes out at 150% until it reaches stabilization: if it STARTS a turn with more that 40% of the total of troops then they can only place 3 troops per territory , at 50% it changes to 2 troops per, at 55% it changes to 1 troop per, and if they EVER drop BACK below 40% of the Total Troop count they will have a chance to infect a random territory and will receive 150% of the Total troops on the board

Makes sense, explains why the zombies always had an insane counterattack whenever Jerome or Dropsy redeemed cards and went on a tear. So they way to do it would be to redeem cards and just slowly attack to keep the zombies over 40%. Then go in for the kill once you've stacked up a bunch of troops and the zombies are about to cross the infection threshold

The zombies will double in troop size for every turn they aren’t bigger than everyone else on the board. If they are larger in troops. They will get 1 troop per territory.
