A little late to this one, but, Lyumi you’ve inspired me again! Just the other day my wife asked me to think about building a “Disney princess” castle.. and this build is flooding my head with ideas! Boom! Another LL inspired building adventure awaits!
@@trolltalwar It is on one of the little plateaus near Telith's Island and the Northern Aquaduct where the other lake is. The map coordinate is G9 in the lower right hand corner of the grid square.
Hi. This is one of the best Nemedian castles I've seen so far. Maybe do an updated version where you can fit tavern, stables, map room and golem factory, at least. There is a lot of space at Telith's Island that you can build on next to the ruins, which fit perfectly next to the new castle. If you take all the space and build a bridge, purges spawn out of the island and use the built bridge to move in, so it's very easy to focus defense on one spot, so the lake around can work as a moat. Landmark is gorgeous as well. Area is very "functional" for a big castles, just, I don't have the creativity to build something nice. 🤣 Thanks!
Very cool castle, but I'm more into climbing the battlements and towers. That man can use everything. Also missing for me is a dungeon (cellar). Then it would be even cooler, but that's a matter of taste.
And what about the gore pile by the gate? OOh giant pretty fantasy-lookin castle. With a giant pile of gore by the gate... I see you placed a well over it. I wasn't able to. *Update* I used foundation stepping to lower a foundation until it was just covering the top of the ribs. Then I extended ceilings with pillars underneath off that foundation to cover the gore pile entirely, creating a roughly chest-high platform. Perfect for a statue.
Curious why do you use floor and columns instead of foundations? Is there a material economy to it or is it for those servers that restrict foundation use? I haven’t played Conan in a while so I’m not aware of things like I used to be. Great build though! Great spot, looks fantastic!
Practice in single player mode on creative. Allows you to have unlimited stuff and you can focus on your build. I practice stuff sometimes before building on the server.
@@LyumiLight Thats true and it wouldnt look bad either but dont you think that building with a certain style block affects the outcome/style of the end product since your leaning into that aesthetic to begin with instead of forcing it?

It looks really nice, I've built a medival/viking settlement on this location that I'm really pleased with. Something I think even you would appreciate as a good builder yourself! 🙂🙏🏼🍻

I have an honest question what would it take for you to come to my server and build something like that for me and my clan if we grind out all the materials for you if you could tell us exactly what you in in each quantity what would you want for coming and building a Defendable castle castle on A PVP official server

I didn't see any building. I saw a guy flying and placing pieces with mats he didn't gather tho. That's a pretty different kind of "building" compared to mine. And in case anyone is wondering: No you can't build this in Conan Exiles.

ya what they dont say is how long it took to farm all the materials and how many times to adjust position your in to get things in the right spot
I spent almost an hour agonising over the initial block placement at the top. Place it even a few degrees off and it all falls to shit

Have you tried to make a medieval castle but in Argossean parts? I think a marble castle would look fantastic with your skills
you can build any castle by replacing the set from the video with the argoss set. argoss is not very popular so I don't use it much in videos

you can slow down the video in the CZcams player settings and build it step by step using the video
