I really like effects like watcher for tomorrow, because it's strictly not card draw, so it gets around those effects that make it so you can't draw more than 1, the ones that steal your draw, or the ones that hurt you when you draw. Ohai, look at the cards on top and put one into your hand, the rest can go someplace else in some order. Feels good.
Dualcaster mage and naru meha also goes infinite with something like ghostly flicker. If you wanted to go more along those lines that's what I would do.
Also, if you're running ghostly flicker, illusionist's stratagem and displace, i'd also recommend running naru meha master wizard since like peregrine drake she also goes infinite with all three of those cards
I'm impressed that you didn't make a deck to fully hard lock the entire board because I probably couldn't resist that urge to play prison cards with a commander like that :D Deck still looks pretty fun but I probably would include one fireball or something like that so that you can shoot the whole board with the infinite mana.
Venser, Shaper Savant is a really good card for this deck because it will control the part of the game game that this deck is missing, sorcery, instant, and enchantment control.
I went with a very similar combat manipulation theme but I included cards like Hunted Dragon to gift creatures, Avatar of Slaughter to keep opponents attacking and Phyrexian Rebirth as a finisher
Pramikon is honestly the most fun commander I've ever played. I've been very surprised to see the general lack of reaction from the community. Hopefully this video stokes interest in it
Would it be possible to see a Syr Carah the Bold deck? Burn spells are generally really cheap, and the amount of value Syr Carah gives those spells is incredibly unique. Love your content :)

@The Commander's Quarters I think there is a problem with the interaction between Pramikon and Spark Double. A Second Version of Pramikon doesnt make the enemies attack less, it makes them attack more. Now they can attack in both ways. They still cant attack who they want, thats true, but they attack more. Its because the wording of Pramikon. It lets you choose in which direction you CAN attack. The Double Pramikon would work, if it would read " Choose left or right Players CANT attack in that direction". Correct me if im wrong. All in all a great video as always. And know im thinking about building it right now :)
The text of Pramikon reads "may attack 'only' ... in the chosen direction" meaning you can only attack a player if they are the closest to the right/left. Duplicating Pramikon for the other direction effectively makes it so a player can only attack a person if they are the closest to the right *AND* closest to the left. Assuming you are not playing 1v1, this means no player fits both conditions and no attacks can be made. The ruling on Pramikon in the official Wizards site: "If two Pramikons on the battlefield disagree on which direction three or more players must attack, players can’t attack at all." Hope this helps!

Literally was drafting up a Pramkion list last night. Wanted to do something a little different, but may be blending too many ideas together. The build around card is Clock of Omens, and we run Smothering Tithe, Curse of Opulence, Annointed Procession, Trail of Evidence, and wheel effects to create tons of artifact tokens to tap and untap our thinks with charge counters as a sub theme. We hope to win through Ghiapur Aether grid pinging the board down, or an alt wincon like Mirrodin Beseiged or Mechanized Production. Approach of the Second Suns seemed like a good include with the wheels as well.
Previous tune was catchy. Sometimes I find myself randomly humming it. New intro is cool but feels too abrupt and doesn't get me to think of the show when I am not on CZcams.

How does this work if someone declared attackers at you and then you blink your commander and pick the other direction? What happens to the declared attackers? This is a cool idea though, blinking was the first thing I thought of when I saw the commander.
So I'm confused, people are saying it's not actually an ETB effect because its wording, so does that mean a flicker effect still triggers its effect when reentering?
What if the players just change their seats after Pramikon enters the battlefield to bypass its ability? There's no rule against changing places with other player during the game.
doesn't matter, the order of priority and turns should stay the same and pramikon can work off that and i'm pretty sure you can't just change turn order in the game
Funny you post this right as I got the precon that has Pramikon in it. I have a question that may sprout into a future video: is it possible to have a narset, the enlightened budget deck and if so what would be the best way to focus it? All I have found are extra turns/combat steps which is cool and all but the win condition just never really seems solid.

Correct! Panharmonicon is in the upgrades for the other creatures, not for Pramikon itself

It's like the consolation prize to arcades not having red... But seeing this commander built makes me happy as well.

Wayfarer's bauble used to be a 50 cent card but since he uses it in most decks it shot up to $1.87. Great deck tech btw.

Great video! I would use Zada, hedron grinder to get a planar guide similar effect and Ral, storm conduit for repeatable damage and scry.
I'm surprised Mystic Barrier wasn't put in, considering it's basically Pramikon but in enchantment form.

I think the intro has way too many sounds going on. Simplicity has benefits.
