Your daughter has kids now. You can equally bring them over now. It's not too late. Your story has alot of lessons. 😊
46 years, you never tried to file immigration documents for own daughter(which is the easiest way to get your daughter in). Try rectifying your mistake by doing it for your grandson, who will complete university to pursue his masters in Germany. In that way, his mom will be pacified that despite your shortcomings, you elevated her son. You will see how your relationship with your daughter will improve. She might even give up the house.
