"DJ Prince has a mission: Change the stereotypical image of people with disabilities that most people have. With his energetic DJ sets, he will change your mind about that stereotype. His sets are a combination of his favorite tracks en genres, mixed with known EDM tracks. Born in the early 90’s, he grew up with a lot of trance music. Which is why most of his sets include: EDM, Trance, and Progressive. Not only does he DJ, and play the drums, he also produces his own music (with only one hand and a mouse!) inspired by trance, and progressive trance. Aside from being a producer, he is also the creator of the annual "Sunnypool mixtapes". See you at the shows!" #OnehandOnemouse #trancefamily #vlog #accessibility

Daym, that suspension looks slick though!!
Messed up how bureaucracy can make critical decisions like this become so hard. People not requiring accessibility tools like myself have NO IDEA what kind of struggles and hurdles you need to get through just to be able to conveniently move around.
On a different note - You look great! Long time no see, and you've obviously been outside in the sun lately 😊 Summer vibes, and a nice haircut too ☀️

Heey, great to see you react..
Yes, bureaucracy is and was always a huge problem for people with disabilities.
It's a really though subject to discuss about. Because I get that the money has to come from somewhere.. To be fair, we don't have it to bad in the Netherlands regarding this. But in the USA for example you have to pay for everything yourself. And if you don't have the ability to work hard for your money, you're fucked. Even more so when you're disabled. All and all I can't really complain about the wheelchair, it's an amazing model it just takes a lot of getting used to.
And yes I've been outside a lot. Got my backyard renovated so it's way better to sit there.. It wil be the topic in my next vlog. Also, I'm growing my hair out. Always wanted to and now seems to be a better time than ever before.
Have a great day, and talk soon 🙏🙂

@@djprinceonline Yes, the money have to come from somewhere. However, that should not be a source of guilt or bad feelings in any way. Our society is built on the value of every individual, and we are collectively better off with smaller differences and leaving nobody behind. The fact that people have it worse elsewhere doesn't make your own life better by itself. Yes, we should be grateful we won the birthplace lottery to a huge extent, but that is a different topic in my opinion.
We can easily turn this entire perception by looking at crazy overspending by the government in many other areas and compare it to your situation. They can spend millions on weird art nobody wants, or billions on commercial interests, which to some extent is money taken away from aiding your mobility.
Having any kind of chronic disease in the US must be unbearable. Taxpayer money are going back to subsidize the wages of low-income employees for big corporations. Health rights are tied to employment. Workers have horrible working rights and can be fired in a day with no benefits. It's the most broken and corrupt "developed country" in the entire world, so let's not compare ourselves with that =P
Nice to hear you've got your backyard fixed up! Looking forward to see it 👌Also, growing out the hair looks really good so far, and I suggest growing some green plants along with it 🌳

@@PrebenFrenning green plants? 😏 Not in the that kind of plants 😜

@@djprinceonline Was actually not referring to that 😂 But now that you mention it, those are arguably of the more interesting and lifelike kind 👌 But just green plants in general, are incredible for mental health and wellbeing. Also, growing something edible like a little tomato plant, is amazing ❤️

@@PrebenFrenning Oh yesss. I'm trying to get myself a small palmtree for my backyard since it's inspired by my trip to Ibiza. And i'm also considdering to grow my own herbs like basil or lemongrass.🙂
