I have listened to this issue very well, my conclusion is that if one starts looking for a lost item outside where he lost it , its difficult to get it. Now that there is a new sherriff's at the DCI I think it's better this mama revisit the issue again. Farther, I suspect the wife as a person of interest in this matter. The IPOA is also supposed to come in cos of the inactiveness of the various stations where reports were made with no assistance at all. It's never too late, for Mwenda to be found alive or dead for the purpose of the rest of the family to under an healing process. My prayers cos I know how painful it is.
