yo alex! been following you a few months now and your a big inspiration, i had lost about 100 pounds back in 2017-18 went from 250 to 150, worked my self back up to about 190ish right before the covid lockdowns then everything went down hill now im working my self back down to 200ish

Oftentimes I feel like people who get featured in videos tend to be forgotten. I can confidently say that Owen has not been forgotten. I loved seeing Noah and Owen being buds way back then, and seeing them still kicking it is amazing. Love that for them.

When Roman said, "I pray to you, but I don't know you" that legit sent shivers throughout my entire body. I grew up praying as well and going to church every single Sunday and I still do, but I still feel like I haven't built that relationship with God and I know it's because I haven't gone out of my way to find it. Maybe this was sign to finally do so.

Noah is such a Genuine kid so is Owen. Roman has always been a huge inspiration when it comes to being a good father. I have a 5 year old and a 3 year old and I sometimes feel as if im not doing enough as a father. But watching Roman over the course of the last 7 years has definitely taught me a lot.
I have recently found such joy in sharing my faith as a young person so listening to the pod and hearing Alex and everyone talk organically about giving it all back to God, I feel that joy! Praying for y'all :)

I really liked this episode I wish we heard more from the other two boys. The Alex guy gave me a conceded or “I know I’m cool” vibe. No hate or judgement at all to him. I personally wish this pod involved everyone and a little more humble
Wow I totally respect your opinion but man it’s crazy how I got the complete opposite view than you. I think the Alex guy is such a great influence and he came across as very humble guy. And the fact that he not only thinks about the outside he also thinks about salvation which comes from the inside, that’s the best influence someone can give to another. Also he did try to involve the boys but you get sometimes we get intimidated to talk and that’s how I sensed the boys and which they do come across as shy.

But in my very personal opinion (not that anyone asked) it just came off a tad conceded or like he was bragging. Then again I don’t normally consume content about being a gym rat or whatever so this may just be how they talk. Anyways I see your point and I agree completely
I agree with you. Alex Eubank did alot of talking about how successful, on the grind, and in the service of god he is. He really dominated the conversation and was very much talking about himself as opposed to asking any questions, being interested in other people, or asking questions to one of the greatest CZcams creators of all time. Would have been cool to have a more balanced convo with Noah and Owen and just general chit chat on lighter subjects. I guess it's just a side effect of having recently acquired such massive success and fame.

Out of all of your podcasts this was definitely my favorite one. I’ve never heard of Alex, but was hearing how he pursues God and wants to know tell people about God and the comfortability that you and Alex have with just being able to talk about him is. Moving because I have a hard time talking about it go to church every Sunday. I am involved in my church on their Sundays, Thursdays or any event that they need help with so you guys being open with your faith and be able to talk about it please help me, want to be able to share the love of God.

I’m not going to lie, I always watched roman when i was little, up until a few years ago. i haven’t watched him in years, and this is the video that has got me hooked.
Alex seems like a genuine, nice person. V humble
For me in my darkest moment I did do exactly that. I dropped to my knees and begged for something anything, and nothing happened. I dug myself out of that dark place through force and even more suffering. That's the one of my reasonings. I pulled myself back from the brink, and still struggle today
