good to see cutscenes not being lost to time, probably one of the cooler parts of the game is being able to watch these and its great that the work that was put into them will be able to be seen by more people :D

One of the best season ever seen in Destiny 2.
the concept could go further with larger maps and more ecploration to find each artifacts. And the seasonal activity, Ketch Collision was perfect 🥰
This season had so much potential, with Eramis returning and Nezarec being introduced, but ultimately it fell flat.

oh look our guardians head just is magically missing in a scene. I wish I could figure out what this all means though.
Eramis is honestly the biggest hypocrite in the series. She talks a lot about "breaking chains" and how Guardians are pawns of the Traveler. Yet, she's the one who enslaved herself and her House to the Witness for power.
She denounces Guardians for killing Fallen all these centuries, but conveniently dodges the fact that it was the Fallen that attacked humanity first. Both sides may have done terrible deeds against the other, but it was the Fallen who shot first. Our offenses against them after that was perfectly justified in a war for our own survival.
Lastly, the part where she loses any and all credibility is how she says she just wants a better future for the Eliksni. But that better future is already in the works thanks to Mithrax. Mithrax was the one who realized that there had been far too much blood spelled between humans and Eliksni. It was Mithrax who founded the House of Light and helped create peace between the two species. The Eliksni of House Light are living far better lives than their kind have been living for generations. Mithrax did more for the betterment of the Eliksni than Eramis could ever do.
If Eramis truly did care for the Eliksni, she would put her petty hatred aside, abandon the Witness, and join us in our fight for our continued existence.
That is what makes Eramis a truly despicable person. She's a false Prophet. An old Devil who has deluded herself into believing she's a savior.

There's a reason why the community hates her guts! Yes, Mithrax was a killer in his past, but he genuinely wants to be a better person than what he was back then while Eramis has done _squat_ with her life! Heck, everyone sees our decision to spare her as less out of genuine mercy and more from a desire to see her _suffer_ under the weight of her failures and hypocrisy.
It's amazing how badly she's let herself be manipulated. The finale mission from Seraph made it really obvious---one of her lieutenants was turned into a Scorn, and she gives some canned line about salvation or whatever, but the delivery completely changes the meaning--she sounds defeated and exhausted. One of the best-delivered lines in the game. Probably won't make it into this archive since it was from a mission rather than a cutscene, but go find it.
Eramis cannot let go of her anger at the Traveler for leaving during the Whirlwind, nor her envy that it seems to want to make a stand with the humans, and so she's not thinking about the situation rationally. I get the sense that deep down she knows this but lacks the strength to admit it. I can't imagine that situation goes on much longer--she's going to either betray the Witness or die before she gets the chance, and soon IMO. Maybe Eido gets through to her in time? Maybe not.
That's a shame you don't upload this in 4K... Why ?
What if we would be able to see this inside the game? Or have at least a cutscene which sums up what the hell happened?

Definitely the worst season of witch queen as far as story went. At least Nespresso came back as something other than a meme.
Personally I felt the weakest season was Haunted.
