This is so heartwarming Adam! I have been living in New Zealand (Glenorchy actually, with the Rees/Dart and the Routeburn on the Doorstep) for the last 4 years and have done all these hikes, so this is very much like re-living my memories, and remembering all the people I have met. Me and my crew simply wouldn't have the funds to cover this sort of Hiking. And from experience, if you try this sort of Hiking without splashing out money here there and everywhere, most likely get treated like crap due to not giving them the money they expect. I've been there - often how people are.

I prefer watching your solo hikes, because these vlogs seem more like travel videos. Wish there was more hiking and less of the teasing and playfulness.
I mean this is literally a travel vlog, that's in the title of the video. Doesn't mean he's not gonna post more solo hikes.
Having vlog contect seperate from the hike is legit. I would make a different channel just for vlog stuff if i were you.
