I haven’t gotten my first period yet but this Is all I know, First wash your hands with soap and water, Then you would have to try to find the extra string that is still attached to the tampon, you would then have to pull the tampon string to pull it out, Then wash your hands again. If the rest of the string comes off while it is your vagina you would have to speak to a doctor because it could lead to an infection. Hope this helps! (Sorry if I got this information wrong😅)
This did happen to me once. It can not get lost inside of you. But it will stay there and as you‘re supposed to change the tampon at least every 8 hours, you have to get it out. I was able to literally grab it out of me but that hurt a little because the tampon was so dry. The thread won‘t break without any reason. For me it was that my used tampon was to heavy and therefore to big for my level of period. So the tampon was hella dry and that made the thread break :) So always use the right size! And start with smaller ones. You can always change them faster than 8 hours. And if you really can‘t get it out yourself, go to a gynecologist. It will get out much more easily than you‘ll think and maybe then it‘ll hurt less than trying it yourself
You have to relax and put it in the right position, not straight up, but a little tilted to your back. And don't make the mistake of starting with the biggest size for your first time, like I did xD
If it does hurt while inserting stop pushing it in and move it to a different size. And another tip don't try taking it out when it's dry like I did it sucks like a lot

Nope, you should replace tampons atleast each 4 hours, wich means you’ll have to set a timer if u want to be using them at night.
