I hear Stevie Wonder mentioned at 3:44, is that the song you mean? If so, that is not LKJ singing, but Dennis Bovell (Dub Band), with "Dub Master". The order of the track list is probably OK, but the times are an indication of the length of the song, and not the starting times, so you need add them up for an indication of the starting time.
