PAUL’S UPPER BODY WORKOUT:
5 minute cross-trainer warm-up
6 deadlifts (I did it at 70kg), 6 push-ups, 20 seconds of mountain climbers - repeat this circuit 4 times with as little rest as possible in between.
200m sprint on the treadmill, 10 shoulder press (I used 2x10kg dumbbells), 15 bent-over rows (using the 2x10kg dumbbells again), 10 renegade rows (using 2x5kg dumbbells), 10 medicine ball slams (using a 7kg medicine ball) - repeat circuit 3 times with as little rest as possible in between.
12 tricep cable push downs (I think we had it on about 10kg), 12 bicep cable curls (we had it on 7.5kg) - repeat circuit 2 times, back to back with very little to no rest
Stretch and cool down :)

Hi Anna, in the kindest way possible, when you do a deadlift you shouldn't hyperextend your back like you did on your first rep, it puts a lot of excess strain on the lower back and can cause problems for you, it's only necessary to stand up straight to an upright position! you are looking great, so strong and lean! keep up the good work xxxx

i hope constructive comments like this get noticed. sometimes i see other youtubers (not anna here -- just that your comment is exactly what i mean) just dismiss constructive comments but later they fixed the mistakes mentioned in their videos w/o saying thanks to the viewer's comment. which makes me go 'why'. but negative comments often get faster attention from the youtuber. kind of weird. dunno, just a thought.
I do that with my shopping lists too. Same as my mum. Makes so much more sense than running round the supermarket like a mad woman 👍🏻

I love that you organize your list according to the grocery store sections! I do that too and it makes it so easy to look at my list and not miss anything! I switched to using my notepad on my phone instead of pen and paper, I miss the process of writing it out but that way I always have my list with me (if I made it a few days earlier).

I do the same exact thing grouping things together by section when shopping! I love streamlining things like that. I think I watched too many episodes of Supermarket Sweep or something as a child...

Beautiful scenery for your walk!! What a great location! I myself can zip through the grocery like it's my job- I go at least once a week. I just shop the same path each time which really speeds it up. My thing though is unloading the cart so all like things are on the conveyor together so when I get home to unload it's pretty streamlined. I also start any long cooking items for the crockpot as soon as I get home from the shopping trip to save time. Loved the video. Great job Mark!!

Anna, I do exactly the same as you.. I write my shopping list according to where everything is in the supermarket. Learnt that trick from my Mum too, saves so much time! Great minds think alike!

I just made the prawn korma you mentioned. I had prawns in the freezer and generally a ton of spices in my cupboard, so why not :D It tastes FANTASTIC! instead of rice (too lazy) I added a can of chickpeas in the end. 😍😍 Thanks for the recommendation!
Grocery list: honey, when you're organised, you're organised! 😂 I have put it in my computer. So every time something's extra, I include it. So I'll click on what I need and print it! Bob's your uncle! 😂😂. Lóve a domestic vlog!
