Dirty Dancing flash mob at Birmingham New street

- Hundreds of people gathered to watch as a Dirty Dancing flash mob took over the concourse of Birmingham New Street station.
The musical is performing at the city's Alexandra Theatre this week but some lucky travellers got a special performance of their own as the cast of the show appeared at New Street.

Seriously, I did this move on a moving party bus going down the highway...we hadn't practiced but Tim said you run and I will lift!! It was perfect, he pinned me to the roof and I was there a few minutes before he out me down.
She’s perfect in her role but there’s never going to be another Patrick Swayze.
The original was so much better. This was good but it doesn't have what the original did. I can see if someone didn't see the original would like this but the original is soooooo good!

How the heck do they make that lift look so EASY? It is *hard* to lift someone and balance them over your head, for BOTH partners, but he's like "Nah, easy..." I can't even lift a soda bottle with that little effort. 😂
He's training specifically for this role and been doing it for years now. They are also a couple in real life so there's extra trust.
@@ritab92 Yes, I know. I'm aware of the training he's done etc. But it's still not "easy" by any stretch of the imagination. It takes a lot of skill and practice.
