    Never accept the lower bid, always ends up costing you more and delays the project. We just finished a Marriott in Los Angeles being the middle bid on budget and time.

      100% agree. The lowest bid is often the least qualified to perform the job. It's definitely something I try to stress to my clients whenever they seek to perform an interior renovation or do a ground-up construction.
