Finally a reviewer that actually knows what they’re talking about and talks about things people are interested in. Apps, gaming and sound (as well as picture quality of course)
To me it's all about picture quality! Sound and apps I have with accessories! Whenever I see that stuff in a tv I feel like I just bought tree trimmings & have to somehow keep those limbs in my home!
Knows his stuff? Repeating the specs you call knowing stuff?
Why is the guy talking like that? Barely understandable. Put subtitles and quit with that annoying annotation voice. Horrible! TV set OS are a pain in the derrière. Hook up a new Apple TV box 4K, Fire TV or Google C 3:59 Chromecast! And of course a decent sound bar or proper AV revceiver.
And once again: the voice over is the worst I have come across CZcams like ever! Hideous!
Just bought this 55 inch. It looks amazing the unit is a really nice looking tv

I have a Hisense Vidaa smart tv of A6 series but it doesn’t have Airplay. Is Airplay only available on newer versions?
Just bought and installed a 58 inch KAU model (the newest model at this time, in Australia)... It's a fascinating item, as another commenter said, the inputs at the back are a bit too near to the centre of the set to be easily accessible for readily inserting such things as zip drives for recording programs, especially if you wall mount and the wall mount isn't able to be even partially swung out to enable access, many makes and models are. The component jack inputs in the middle at the back is a real hassle and needs to be better considered for those of us who have DVD players that don't have HDMI outputs.
My television has the usual stand feet, not the frame style as shown in this video.
This television doesn't seem to have a screen frame on either side or the top, only the bottom, the remote commands in the on screen menu can be confusing especially for picture quality settings.
Overall, it's a great set for the price, even though I'm not using it with the internet. I only require the simplest features of a television set. If I want to expand it to watch the "smart channels", CZcams or tubi or similar, I simply plug in an ethernet receiver to the HDMI and a USB input. Picture quality can vary on Freeview channels close ups can be very grainy and backgrounds can be quite poorly focussed, even on HD channels.
Maybe something to resolve in future models.
Overall, I'm happy with it, especially because I have the headphone jack plugged into the aux audio input in my stereo for cinema quality sound during movies

The actual cost of the unit was 695 dollars and at the time, the 70 inch equivalent was going for 895 dollars. I hope you paid no more than I did, unless you bought the larger size, of course

Thank you for the review . I was thinking of getting me a Samsung . I have an Element tv that I bought last week , I ordered the Bose 900 soundbar, but the ArcHDMI port on the tv is broken. So I will be returning that tv today , and I will be getting the Hisense instead.

they have same color accuracy, lg is brighter and has better speakers, hisense has better contrast with different screen sizes, so its good choice, if you watch tv in dimly lit room, while lg performs better in bright room.

yes, there are many versions of a6, latest version is a6k, which has different stand design, otherwise it has similar contrast,color and apps performance.

a6 supports 4k60 gaming, e7k pro series have 4k120
No. You need a tv or monitor that supports 120hz or more. For 4k at 120hz you need hdmi 2.1
For play station I use 1440p @120 msi monitor. 32 inch.

The picture quality is alright at best it is 4k it supports hdr10 and dolby vision tho not very good the colors look good

The inputs are way to far in that if you wall mount this tv you have to have either a pull out mount or take down the tv if you want to add an hdmi cable,forget even connecting a USB flash.poorly designed.
U attach them befor you put tv on wall use your brain not mussle

I still don't have respect for Hisense and TCL brands since i know they sell better and much cheper models with Android OS in USA.

ima svega vise, jedino svjetline ima manje od samsunga 8, nije problem ako se gleda tv navecer. isplati se pogledat i tcl 6 ili qled ako su bitne smart tv aplikacije i super cjena.
