Yes, you can send message to multiple people, but it is not possible to just scan the QR and get the attendance.
Can be make automation to grab person's name or unique student code after scanning qr code.. instead of filling the form!... Like jus scan and done... Attendance is recorded type

You can limit the form submission in Google Forms Settings.

i have made the same system by same process but it is sending message to all the entries not for only who are late

what if I have two phones and I will take a picture of this QR code and scan the QR code from my other phone regularly before attending to the office?
Yes, it is possible to do that.
Some people add the location coordinates in the Google Forms.
So at the time of form submission, coordinates are also sent with the attendance. So you cant do at home.
